FAQFrequently Asked Questions

  • Do you deliver Australia wide?
    Yes. Our smaller items will be sent by Australia Post. For delivery of our timber beds and kennels, we can provide you with a quote direct to your location nationally. Pick up is also available and welcome from our Bayswater Victoria facility.
  • What are your payment terms?
    We accept credit card payments and Afterpay. We also accept direct transfer, please be in touch and we can raise an invoice separately and provide you with banking details. For all timber beds and kennel manufacture orders we require a 50% deposit with the remainder 50% due prior to despatch.
  • How do I clean the Collars, Harnesses and Leads?
    A sink wash with some washing detergent works well. Rub with your hands only, do not scourer the nylon fabric.
  • Can I wash the Soft Beds?
    Yes, absolutely. Our Cushion Bed and Circle bed both have removable covers for washing. The pad in the circle bed and the Rectangle Bed do not have removable covers and can be washed entirely. We recommend a delicates wash cycle and line dry. Please note that the Rectangle Bed will take a little longer to dry to please select a fine day if possible :)
  • Can I use your products in water?
    Yes, absolutely. Our products are fantastic in water withstanding ongoing daily water usage and remain in tact however please note that prolonged use in sea salt water will dull the colouring slightly as with any product.
